2024 Festival Market Vendor Application

Festival Market Rules and Regulations
  1. Vendor fees must accompany all mail in applications and are deposited upon receipt. Depositing of your check does not mean acceptance of the festival as a vendor. In the event of a denial of an application, a full refund will be made. Online applications will receive a PayPal invoice upon acceptance – market spaces are not fully reserved until invoices are paid within 5 days. Space is very limited this year. Vendors will be notified, no later than June 30 if their application is approved.
  2. A confirmation letter and map will be sent to you prior to the festival.
  3. All vendors must occupy the space provided and specified by the festival committee.
  4. Vendors must provide their own tables, chairs, tents, and generators (if needed).
  5. There are limited spaces available for those requiring generators due to fire code restrictions. You must indicate on the application if you plan to bring a generator.
  6. No electrical outlets are available.
  7. No parking is allowed on the festival site except for loading and unloading.
  8. Vendors assume responsibility for any items on the festival site after hours. Security is not provided by the festival.
  9. The NC Watermelon Festival in Murfreesboro is not liable or responsible for delays, cancellations or postponement of the festival or events within the festival due to inclement weather, war, government actions, strike, or other matters beyond our control.
  10. Vendors wishing to remain open Saturday evening cannot take down until after the fireworks. Vehicles will not be allowed on the grounds until the festival closes.
